What kind of cooking oils are used in your healthy meal plans?
We use only Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Virgin Coconut Oil and Pure Ghee.
Do you use additional sugar in your food?
We do not. Our meals include only naturally occurring sugars from raw ingredients such as onions, tomatoes etc.
What type of sugar is used in your sweet snacks?
We sweeten our snacks only with either fresh dates or natural honey.
What’s the cut off time to order a meal plan, family and friend boxes and/or catering?
We usually need 48 hours to process your order.
Please bear in mind, one order means a lot of operational steps from admin to fresh cooking to packaging then to delivery team. We need this time to avoid any inconveniences and make sure your food is prepped right!
What’s the cut off time to cancel an order?
We need 36 hours to cancel your order.
What should I do if I find a foreign object or faulty food in my order?
Our kitchen is HACCP certified, meaning all operations are done according to international guidelines of hygiene and sanitation from A to Z. However once in a while we might have a human error.In such case, we would appreciate it if you take a picture of the object or the inconvenience and save the meal box to be sent back to us.

Can I pause and resume my meal plan?
Anytime! As long as you give us 48 hours to do all necessary arrangements.
Where do you deliver?
All emirates. Please get in touch for extra charges which might occur for the emirates out of Dubai.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Our meals plans are 5 days a week basis.
Other services are available 7 days a week.
Do you cater for special dietary requests?
It depends on the requirements. Please get in touch with us.
